jazz goes to college

marriages march into illusions

christmas stops when shopping ends
the year-long belief in credit and cards continuous
compliments from sellers of illusions

thus the Greek masters left their boys
and switched to procreational tasks
to divide properties
and make inheritances
of their properties

just as celibacy became a conduit
not for belief but for priests
to channel monies believably

each using money
as if money is not funny

yet in reality
it was sex and then no sex
that made all of them
very much money

how and what events

enter into language
can unsettle the stability of language itself,
undo reality into a newly undescribable

language collapses
at the gates of censorship

a changed language
reinscribes itself
insists on a yet unknown world to be

the antirealist requirement

parallels different landscapes
that surround, lock in
different communities

and within all main streets
there resides the same
spectral infinity

that makes " this place better than any other-
you better start believing in IT"

at the frontier

these women commandeer their very first question
towards the marital norm
before they know your name

others telling you ahead of yourself
who you are and what do you do here
and where do you come from
never mind your name

while their eyes ever so self-righteously busy
their ears tending their whispers towards their flock

thus no other language is needed here
here money speaks to itself

one deer yesterday

another deer the next day

my two dear deer
sleep in the snow

and feed off fallen apples
and eat blue flowers
that turned into seeds

and at night there must be some excitement around here
both are gone a distance into the night

until in the morning
they return like the sparrows
who make my garden their home

words

take their chances
not to help advance ideas

ideas must be reversable
if politics wants to live by words alone

consumers of language

love the one and only language
not of their choice

and users of language
note the lowly F-word
how it has migrated as if a universal language

it's probably the only inter-generational all-in-one word
that sustains high places
enhancing the elevated
as if blessed with advancing barbarian powers
